The accommodations are located approximately 6 km from Nikiti and 3 km from Metamorfosi, in a peaceful setting among olive groves and forest. A slightly rugged road, about 1 km long, leads to the property, offering unique views of olive trees, wild and aromatic flowers, and occasionally, sheep.

The nearest beach is about a five-minute drive away.

The residences are air-conditioned and feature a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double bed, sofa bed for two, television, internet connection, and a hairdryer. On the property, guests can also purchase olive oil, olives, and seasonal fruits and vegetables.

In the yard, there is a washing machine available for guest use.
